SIERRA BRAVA MONSTER FISHING PACKAGE DETAILS

Sierra Brava offers one of Europe’s most exciting carp fishing holiday experiences. This gem of a big carp water is relatively new and was created about 15 years ago from damming the River Pizaroso. Sierra Brava covers an area of 4000 acres, and has a massive stock of wild and stocked common and mirror carp to well over 70lbs. This is the number one carp fishing venue in Spain, and action can come thick and fast, with the average carp weighing in at a fighting fit 20-25lb. Many anglers have embarrassed themselves thinking they were into big carp only to net a double or twenty – these carp fight like no other and your tackle will be tested to the limit. There are also thousands of thirties, and 40lb+ carp turn up nearly every week. This lake could easily produce a new World record carp – she may even be swimming in there now!!

Sierra Brava consists of many bays and open water areas with under water features and many visible snags to fish to, making it a carp anglers paradise and perfect for offering a great holiday for big carp. Many leading UK and European anglers and magazines have fished here with FAT, including Carpworld, UK Carp, Karper, Andy Chambers and Iain Macmillan, and many more are on there way for 2010!
